two group rides this weekend on saturday morning I’m joined by Gen and Tomendish Gen – 15 years old! First group ride! Tomendish – All Japan Track 2nd! Bodybuilder! Audax master! 前橋CX 日曜日は 前橋CX でした42 今シーズン2回目のCXレース race no. 130 素晴らしいコースでした スタートダッシュ　>　階段　>　キャンバー　>　グラスツイスティング　>　サンド　>　シケイン　>　テーブルトップ　>　ポンプトラック　>　フォレストテクニカル　>　グラベルツイスティング　>　ホームストレート　>　リピート コースをチェックする2時間があると良い the home straight 僕のカテゴリーに42人のライダー がスタートしました 僕のスタートポジションはグリッドの後ろのほうでした 3,2,1 GO！ クリートキャッチ! 良いスタート! でも渋滞です! the chicane 階段で少しポジションを上がる でも渋滞です 急なキャンバーを取ることによって もう少しポジションを上がる the table top ツイスティングのグラスセクションに上がるチャンスはほとんどない マイクロリカバリーのチャンスのみ サンドのストレートセクションはTTモードで もう少しポジションを上がる the pump track このようなレースで 自分のストロングポイントを使ったほうがいい テーブルトップと森のセクションを自転車で行きたいけど ランニングはもっと速い the forest section エネルギーは使うけど リスクは少ない following wheels on the twisty grass section 残りの3周はプッシュプッシュプッシュ ☆自分のペースで走ることができる ☆イーベンペースで走ることもできる ★lap 2, 7:19 ★lap 3, 7:19 ★lap 4, 7:19 forced to run a sand section on lap 1 ミッドパックで18位にゴールしました レースに満足しました クラッシュなし ディーゼルエンジンは良い results x4のラップは7:19のペースだったら９位ぐらいになりそうでした ☆ポジションは大事です ☆そしてエンジンをもっとチューニングができるともう少し速くいけると思う lap splits そのために ☆インターバルトレーニングが必要 ☆30分のレースペーストレーニングが必要 次のレースは2週間後のkamiyamada CXです がんばります！ 167GRVwheels-700c
